Leading with Emotional Intelligence

Most likely, you’ve had the experience of working for a good leader; and, a bad leader, and EQ is the single contributing factor to what differentiates those leaders. You and your team can explore and understand the competencies of EQ; and, how leading with EQ makes the difference in the quality of relationships, team, and the work environment, itself. Consider an in-house workshop for an “Introduction to EQ” and then as a follow-up “Leading with EQ”.

You can build your EQ skills and strengthen your leadership skills by way of self-assessing using the EQ-i 2.0 or you can engage your colleagues, direct reports and senior leaders to provide feedback via the EQ 360 assessment. From the results, we will design a development plan, enabling you to deliberately become a leader people will crawl over broken glass to work for.
